1. David Jude Jolicoeur, Age: 54 David Jude Jolicoeur, known widely as Trugoy
the Dove and one of the founding members of The Long Island hip hop trio De La Soul, has
died on February 12. He was 54. His representative Tony Ferguson confirmed
reports of his death Sunday. The cause of death has not been announced
— but the rap pioneer had been open about His struggles with congestive heart failure
over the past few years. Over the course of their performing career,
De La Soul was nominated for six Grammy Awards, Winning one for best pop collaboration with
vocals for “Feel Good Inc.” in 2006. 2. AKA, Age: 35 One of South Africa's leading rappers, popularly
known as AKA, has been shot dead outside a Restaurant in the coastal city of Durban. He was 35. Kiernan Forbes was killed along with his close
friend, the chef and entrepreneur Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane. The pair are thought to have been on their
way to a nightclub for a performance as part Of Forbes' birthday celebrations when they
were shot. The motive of the killing is being investigated. AKA was nominated several times for a Black
Entertainment Television Award in the United States, and was once nominated for an MTV
Europe Music Award. 3. Hugh Hudson, Age: 86 Hugh Hudson, the British director of the Oscar-winning
1981 film “Chariots of Fire” has died On February 10. He was 86. His family said in a statement Friday that
Hudson died at the Charing Cross Hospital In London following a “short illness”. Chariots of Fire was nominated for a total
of seven Oscars, including a best director Nod for Hudson, and won four – best picture,
original score, writing and costume design In 1982. 4. Cody Longo, Age: 34

Cody Longo, an actor known for his roles in
the television series “Hollywood Heights” And “Days of Our Lives,” was found dead
on February 8 at his home in Austin, Texas. He was 34. He died in his sleep, likely from accidental
alcohol poisoning, his representative, Alex Gittelson, said that Mr. Longo had struggled
with alcohol addiction for several years, But he believed that Mr. Longo had recently
been sober. In November 2020, Longo was arrested for domestic
assault in Tennessee when he reportedly was Involved in a drunken fight with his wife. 5. Dimitrious Stanley, Age: 48 Former Ohio State wide receiver Dimitrous
Stanley, who starred for the Buckeyes in the 1990s, passed away February 9 following a
battle with prostate cancer at age 48. The football world mourned the loss of a former
Ohio State Buckeyes star. Stanley started all 12 games of that 1996
season in which the Buckeyes won the Rose Bowl over Arizona State. In his 45 games as a Buckeye, Stanley caught
63 passes for 1,136 yards and 13 touchdowns.
